Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms cover your use of thestudiocommission.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site describes the services offered by The Studio Commission, a brand and website practice run by Rebecca Kay Creative Studio, LLC in Los Angeles, California. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services.
Pricing, scope, timelines, and availability described on the site may change without notice. Every commission is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Inquiries
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to anything. We accept a limited number of commissions each quarter and may decline any inquiry. Please make sure the information you send us is accurate and that it is yours to share.
Our content
The writing, design, images, video, and other content on this site belong to The Studio Commission or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

When using the site, please don't:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Interfere with how the site works, or with other people's use of it
- Send spam, automated submissions, or harmful code through the form
- Use the site for anything unlawful

No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Studio Commission is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy.
